Bankruptcy – Payments

Duties of a Bankrupt: Payments

If a bankrupt fails to make the required payments they will force their Trustee to oppose their discharge.  This will result in a hearing before a judge who is likely to grant a conditional order of discharge.  This means that a bankrupt will not be discharged from their debt until fulfilling a certain condition, such as making any outstanding payments to their Trustee.
